• As an agent, you may purchase real estate leads through PlutusLeads.com. Leads are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are exclusive to the agent who purchases them.
• Once a lead is purchased, the transaction is considered final, subject to the refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund for a purchased lead if you are unable to contact the seller after making reasonable efforts. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of your attempts to contact the seller, which includes:

• Three (3) Screenshots showing unanswered phone calls made on different days.
• Voice Recordings of voicemails left for the seller, if applicable.
• Copies of Emails or Text Messages sent to the seller.

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the lead purchase date.

Abuse of Platform

• Any suspected abuse of the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent refund requests or misuse of contact information, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• PlutusLeads.com reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

Data Privacy and Security
